A corner infill site offering an active mixed use programme at all levels. The proposal seeks to make repair through an ordered arrangement which mediates with the existing conditions whilst setting a new grammar that can act as a catalyst for redevelopment of the area at an urban regenerative scale. The project carries through the historic traces of the site with a narrative of exaggerated flower boxes which create both an urban texture and a vertical landscape.
