The proposal for a new build scheme of 15 apartments set within a Villa typology is one of a series of buildings being constructed out by the practice which invests extensive research into MMOC where fabric performance, optimization, speed and unique interior environments becomes the principal criteria.
CLT and clay block are used as exposed structure with digital inlaid parquetry creating abstracted and playful surfaces to the interior spaces.
